Asset packages are collections of files and data for Unity 3D, compressed and stored in one file with the .UNITYPACKAGE extension (kind of like a zip file). These products are meant to be used directly with Unity 3D and can also be purchased on the Unity Asset Store.
Base Meshes and Props are delivered in FBX format, ready to import into your preferred modelling software or game engine.
